Job Summary
- Create technical documents, instruction manuals and other supporting documents for complex applications which will act as guide and reduce cognitive load of the user/customer Interact & interview team members to understand application domain, functionality
- Adhere to Company defined standards guidelines and checklists
- Understanding user point-of-view and writing easy-to-understand articles Maintain same standard of content across different components and medium Edit, standardize, update material drafted/created by others Keep records of any documentation created, modified or published and keep all stake holders in loop
- Explore the application, develop interest to acquire domain knowledge
- Communicate complex technical information in consistent and correct format
- Demonstrate excellent English written & verbal communication skills Learn and adapt to different documentation tools Actively participate to improve the quality of documentation support provided to user/customer
