Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and Execute Durability, Electrical and Functional Validation TestingActivities form component level to unit level testing of our power system module.
• Develop detailed test plans for all phases of product testing test procedures and test fixtures in collaboration with HW/SW design teams to support validation testing activities.
  Work closely with design/R&D team to verify and validate (V&V) design requirements.
• Manage tests from setup through execution and data collection for proof of design goals.
• Coordinate test resources and own validation schedules to communicate status with upper management and cross-functional teams.
• Investigate test failures through data analysis and failure reproduction.
• Responsible to identify and assess potential risks that could impact project timing, customer quality
• Continuously look for ways to improve the Design and system performance.
• Collaborate with various Cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:-

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with electronics skillset,
• 4-8years of experience in testing power electronics based products or related industry.
• Hands-on experience in design and build integration (HW and SW) test system/bench/fixtures to support Design and test functions.
• Must have ability to adapt new environment and multitasking.
