Product Designer Job in Nimble

Your responsibilities Taking complete ownership of design right from defining the problem statement to prototyping to final production keeping a user centric approach. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business to drive product strategy and to design simple experiences that our customers love Make informed design driven decisions backed by qualitative and quantitative research methods Help define design guidelines, and set up and maintain design system. Present and effectively communicate the design solutions to all involved stakeholders Develop and grow the creative team's culture and quality standards. Desired background & skills 0 to 2 years of experience working as a product designer A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and approach. An ideal portfolio would be one explains the approach you took and what you learned, rather than only showcasing final designs. Excellent visual, UI and interaction skills Proficient with designing, prototyping and handover tools such as Figma, Invision, Zeplin etc. Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced and agile environment Passionate about users and takes data driven decisions backed by extensive user research Experience with a range of user research methods including but not limited to interviews, contextual inquiry, concept testing, and diary studies Good communication and storytelling skills that effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
