National Quality Head Job in Ninjacart

What will you do| Responsibilities

? Define the end to end quality charter for Ninjacart as a horizontal

? Hire and lead people to build the right team needed to deliver the charter

? Developing quality control processes, implement them, and measure adherence through the requisite process/product framework

? Build and drive a strong audit framework across the organization to ensure continuous improvement

? Design and operationalize process maps, SOPs across the end to end supply chain (from farmer to customer)

? Maintaining and improving departmental operational performance, to meet the requirements of regulatory authorities, company Standard Operating Procedures, and external and internal customers, with respect to quality, service, lead time, and cost

What will you have | Requirements

? MBA/PGDM from a Tier I Tier II college

? 5 to 10 Years of relevant experience. Experience in process/operations excellence in a start-up environment will be an added advantage

? Considerable and diverse demonstrable experience of leading a quality function with a proven track record in strategic quality leadership delivering effective quality strategies, policies, processes, and systems

? Entrepreneurial zeal and startup enthusiast
