- At least 12 -14 years of experience in an IT company. Must be able to maintain smooth client relationships. - Experience in executing the Development projects in technologies like .Net Core, Angular, Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud - Managing multiple projects in Microsoft /Open Source technology for a team size between 30 to 50 people. - Must have worked on multiple projects & must have handled multiple clients. - Ability to smell business in existing accounts and report to the account managers / BD Managers. - Extensive exposure of Requirement gathering, Research & Strategic planning, Leading end-to-end execution, delivery & Environment management of multi-million-dollar complex projects. $A forward-thinking person with strong communication, analytical & organizational skills; well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation & creativity to achieve corporate goals.
