We are looking for a Data Scientist specializing in AI & ML to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building predictive models, and driving AI-powered insights to develop business solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing our AI and machine learning capabilities to solve real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, optimize, and implement machine learning models for real-world applications.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis to prepare datasets for modeling.
  • Work with big data frameworks and AI algorithms to derive meaningful insights.
  • Deploy AI and ML models into production environments ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and domain experts to continuously improve model performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide business decisions and solve complex problems.
  • Participate in research to enhance model capabilities and stay up-to-date with AI advancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
  • Strong experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI services such as AWS SageMaker, Google AI, or Azure ML.
  • Expertise in data visualization and the ability to present findings through storytelling.
  • Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment strategies for scaling solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically about data and business problems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and effectively communicate technical concepts.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in AI model interpretability and explainability.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning and its applications.
  • Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and model optimization techniques.
