Technical Lead - Java Job in Nividous

We, at Nividous, are looking for Technical Lead - Java.

Responsibilities:

• Develop functionality/modules with a focus on usability, reliability and supportability
• Ensure excellent levels of performance and scalability
• Adhere to architectural goals and principles
• Provide managerial leadership to the team on various projects that are being executed
• Prepare accurate implementation task lists / time estimates and deliver assignments as per functional specifications, quality standards and project schedules
• Good understanding of various technologies and being able to come up with the solution to address the problem at hand
• Presenting complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences

Profile:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software industry
• BE/ BTech, preferably with strong curriculum in Computer Sciences
• High proficiency in programming and software design in J2EE and related technologies (Struts, Spring, JSP, JSF, Hibernate), Web Services, XML, XSL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
• Experience in Python will be an added advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
