Quantity Surveyor Job in Nk India
Job Summary
- Review BOQ items and quantity with drawings and point out the discrepancies/variations, if any, to RE.
- Measure quantities of work, record measurements and verify BoQ items / Work quantities executed in the contractor s monthly statement during the Contract period and defect liability period.
- Verify and examine interim payment certificates received from contractors
- Prepare variation statement for RE.
- Maintain a permanent record of all measurement for the work quantities
- Assist preparing the monthly reports and Financial Statements
- Make online Measurement Book entries in the PWRD e-portal of the Employer.
- Responsible for correctness, accuracy of measurement and quantity of works recorded.
