Job Summary
We at NK Tech are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our IT Sales team!!
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience in IT services and software.
- Prior team leading experience. Should be able to manage a team of 8-10 people under them. Which will include Business Development Executive and Tele callers.
- Strong analytical and problem solving approach.
- They should have their own laptop and vehicle.
