Job Title: 3D Game Designer

Job Description :

  • We are looking for a game designer with a passion for all genres of games, a knack for coding and storytelling, and an understanding of the industry, market and target audiences. You should possess a deep and comprehensive knowledge of the games industry and game design (learning curve, directing the player, difficulty levels, balancing, pacing, motivation & reward cycle, accessibility)

Responsibilities :

  • Creating well-documented designs and fun gameplay features for a breakthrough game.
  • Work closely with narrative design to ensure the story is carried out well throughout each level.
  • Iterating, play-testing, and analyzing user feedback and social metrics to adjust gameplay and design to continuously push the games design and feature set boundaries.
  • Conceptualizing and developing characters, rules, settings, and stories for new games.
  • Pitching new game ideas to executives and clients.
  • Prototyping new games.
  • Building three-dimensional elements of the project, including characters, landscapes, and visual effects
  • Using a combination of hand drawings and computer software to create graphics
  • Developing design and gaming protocols.
  • Doing quality control.

Skills required :

  • An understanding of how to use software such as Adobe Photoshop and 3D Max
  • Knowledge of tools such as Sketchup, Fusion 360, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Blender
  • Creativity - designing the world of the game, characters, storyline, visual style
  • Strong analytical mind
  • Programming skills
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in game design, Computer science or computer engineering.
  • Programming Languages: Java, C++, Python, C#
  • Experience : 0 to 3 years
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Remote Work or Kolhapur
  • Salary : 10,000/- to 30,000/- per month
