Position description:
The Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) team is looking for a proactive key member who will have a key role in its development and maintenance. You will be part of a team that is developing and managing Nokia IT data-as-a-service platform. This is a hands-on technical role in a dynamic agile environment, working directly with developers, architects, test engineers, product management and internal customers.
Responsibilities:
Actively contribute as a core developer on an Agile oriented teamDesign, implement and integrate features based on the platform architecturePerform Azure resource group administration, authorization design and managementImprove Azure service availability, performance and costIdentify process improvement opportunities and implement themAnalyses technical requirements and translate them into implementable software designs and configurations.Analyze demands and provide technical estimates for cost / benefit analysis
Required skills:
Excellent knowledge of Azure Platform and experience in developing cloud applicationsExperience with Azure data and analytics related services, such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL DB/DW, Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis ServiceExperience with Azure resource group level managementExperience with Azure security settings, security scans, and security tuningExperience with Azure availability and performance monitoringUnderstanding of the DevOps delivery model, knowing CI, CD, automated testing,Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps tool (VSTS)
Desired skills:
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal EnglishAbility to work in and with cross-functional distributed teams, including working across multiple time zones and providing remote supportBe an independent self-learner with the lets get this done approach

- Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
- Above 5 years of hands-on experience in software design/development and/or operations
- Background in Development, Systems Architecture, and/or Operations.
- Experience delivering applications in Azure.
- Experience with configuration management tools
- Experience with source control systems such as TFS and GIT.
- Work experience deploying web and application services to Azure PaaS and IaaS.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server
- Working knowledge of DNS, Monitoring, SSL Certificates, File Servers, Security, Performance, High Availability, Redundancy, and Disaster Recovery.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft OMS
- Experience in Automated Deployments with Continuous Integration workflows.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Adaptable to changing environment

- Experience on Python, PowerShell, Javascript is a plus
- Experience with business intelligence application is a plus
- Azure, Scrum certifications considered as a plus
- Willing to learn new technology and open mind for sharing is a plus
- Bachelor in computer science, Master Degree considered as a plus
