Our COO IT Application business group is looking for proactive, experienced candidate with technical understanding about the application landscape to join their new team as an

IT Technical Architect

The overall objective for this position is to have a strong candidate ensuring successful agile project execution and delivery in the Group Functions application landscape. Group Functions is the IT team supporting end2end the following business domain: HR, Quality, Legal & Compliance, Real Estate.

The current application landscape is in front of significant development and standardization requiring a candidate with the right mindset to understand which application development activities leads to transformed and renewed landscape by utilizing the latest available technology to foster refresh of the new innovative application landscape.

Key Responsibilities / Functions:

  • Provide expertise on Training management processes and tools: CornerStone, MS AZURE
  • Partnership with business stakeholders and process owners to pro-actively understand and capture business needs
  • Supports IT project manager and HR process owners
  • Translate of business requirements into IT requirements
  • Define the IT the requirements, design, implement the solutions
  • Develop, maintain, and test existing solutions.
  • Inspect and verifies the quality of the Releases before delivery
  • Scope, analyze and size of business requirements
  • Provide recommendations within IT and to the business on HR solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain the data Model
  • Responsible the technical aspects of project implementations in close cooperation with the Nokia IT project manager and the solution onwers
  • Responsible for completing the HR architecture documentation
  • Supports solution deployments and executes testing and provides training to key users
  • Production support right after the move into production
  • Accountable for solution design of the IT Service, aligned with Enterprise Solution Architecture and IT service Owners
  • Participates in prototyping, pilots and PoCs

Job requirements:

  • 3-5 years of advanced analytics development experience required
  • Proven expertise with one and more of the following
    • Web UI ( JavaScript, Html, CSS, JS framework & Library (Angular.js, React.js, Jquery...)
    • Python ( DataFrame, REST API call)
    • .NET ( C#, MVC, ASP.Net)
    • Azure Tools ( PaaS deployement, Azure function, Storage, Automation tool)
    • Azure Workflow Management System ( Microsoft Workflow Foundation (.NET))
    • ADF: Azure Data Factory
    • PL SQL/Oracle / MS SQL
  • Experience in working with Agile methodology / DevOps environment
  • Database modelling concepts
  • Data base Normalization concepts
  • Workflow modelling concepts
  • Functional knowledge of applications in HR, Quality, Real Estate or Legal area
  • Experience in web-based software development and software deployment processes
  • Provide technology strategy planning
  • Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness
  • Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
  • Experience of working within a multi-cultural environment
  • Expertise in Application lifecycle management
  • IT Technology knowledge, trends & direction
  • Industry, Market & Technology Understanding
  • Information security understanding
  • Application / solution architecture understanding
  • Self-confident, strong problem solving
  • Ability to work with and communicate to a variety of audiences, executive level/peer-to-peer/ subordinate/ technical and non-technical etc.
  • Education: BSc degree.
