This job is related to bid preparation function.

  • Understand Deployment/Maintenance/Professional Services requirements in customer tenders (Request for Proposals i.e. RFPs) and define Services scope.
  • Prepare Deployment/Maintenance/Professional Services sales proposal for packet core, IP routing domains as response to customer tenders.
  • Define and document technical customer solution, respond to technical sections of tenders, and prepare costing/pricing.
  • Develop key contact and relationship with the Global Services Care Business unit and Services Sales/Solution managers in various regions.
  • Provide Sales Support to Regional Solution Managers and Customer Teams as member of Global Sales Support (GSS).
  • Provide standard solutions and offer material (Statement of Compliance, Services Costing, Standard Pricing, and Service Description).
  • Understanding client/operator needs & matching them with Nokia Networks products/systems/services and translating solutions to provide clear customer value and benefits.
  • Support implementation of global tools and processes for LoB product management in GSS ION (Deployment/Maintenance/Professional).
  • To ensure optimal bid in terms of scope, risks and cost to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide relevant service documentation to Market Services organization in customer solution creation and negotiation phases.
  • Creation, maintenance and reporting of Country Service Catalog for relevant LoB.
  • Provide support for service procurement and standardization team.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation to support Market Services organization to participate as needed in customer presentations and negotiations.
  • Responsible for hand over of own service product specification from tendering to the project execution.
  • Drive and ensure the tooling needs of the Business line
  • Support regional Service Product Management organization with product expertise within own area of knowledge.
