Software Development Engineer Job in Nokia

Experienced GoLang Engineer - GoLang, Ansible, Python, REST, OpenStack, JSON, XML, GIT, Linux and Core Java

Key Responsibilities:

- Analysis, Design, Development, Documentation, Testing and Maintenance of Shared Data Layer/5G UDR

- Should be able to be involved in E2E requirement and analysis and provide accurate effort estimates

- Should be Technically sound enough to handle project activities independently

- Adaptability and flexibility to work with other team members and contribute to project with stretch in critical times of project life cycle.

- Should have good trouble-shooting skills in a Linux Environment

- Will be expected to follow all the key Engineering Practices like Test Driven Development (TDD), Unit/Functional Test Automation (using relevant frameworks), Integration of Test Cases to CI framework etc.

- Good technical understanding of Shared Data Layer interfaces/concepts will be an added advantage

BE/BTech/MTech/MCA in Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical/Information Science/Telecom



Skills Required:

1. Strong experience in designing and developing applications using Java, Ansible

3. Experience in WEB standardsand technologies: NodeJS, JavaScript, REST, SOAP, XML

4. Good database experience (MongoDB, MariaDB)

5. Working knowledge in LDAP, Docker, Openstack, Kubernets

6. Basic knowledge of agile development methodologies.

7. Exposure to Continuous Integration & SCM environments (Jenkins, GIT/GERRIT etc)



Soft Skills:

1. Self-starter able to make progress with minimal supervision

2. Good Communication Skills and Presentation Skills

3. Strong documentation skills



Good. to have:

1. Experience of grooming, refinement, estimations and feature implementation.

2. Telecom domain know how.

3. Cloud Principles
