General Purpose of the role:

Integrated Supply Chain Management (ISCM) Supply Chain Hardware Materials( SCHWM) islooking for a Buyer/ Supply Specialist to ensure efficient execution of material managementactions.

Main responsibility:

Global Supply Materials is responsible for material availability,inventory management and supplier collaboration activities. Now we are lookingfor Buyer to execute material management actions to ensure inbound materialavailability against the demand with optimized logistics total landed cost.

Job description:

- Purchasing execution (forecast, purchase order creation &confirmation, delivery tracking)

- 1st level of material shortage management

- Inventory and excess & obsolescence risk management

- Procurement data management and maintenance

- Operative supplier management

- Implementation of negotiated inbound logistics


min 1-3 years relevant experience

  • - Minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • - Materials management
  • - End to end supply chain understanding
  • Cost analysis and management
  • - Excellent skills on SAP/R3 and on Microsoft tools (excel & ppt),
  • - Lean methodology skills and basic knowledge of six sigma
  • - Planning & Organizing
  • - Problem Solving
  • - Logistics execution
  • - Understanding quality management framework
  • - Working across the boundaries in virtual teams
  • - Excellent communication skills and fluent in written and spokenEnglish
