Description:


1. Good knowledge & Experience of Cisco, Juniper, Nokia Routers.2. Worked intensively on Switches & Routers and IP protocols (BGP/IS IS/MPLS/OSPF)3. Extensive Performance Monitoring & Alarms analysis of IP Devices4. Responsible for all AM/FM operations within agreed KPI and SLA i.e. to ensure strict network level and service level uptime according to SLA defined5. Analysis of the Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports and SLA violations if any and initiate action to overcome the problems and maintain the SLAs achieved. Feedback for broad improvements in life cycle management for enhanced network resilience, better uptimes.6. Coordination with all Engineers for Data fault rectification/ Preventive maintenance activities.7. Network Upgradation activities
