Job Summary

We are currently looking for a person who would be a good fit for our Program Advisor position in the Sales team.

Job Description :

• Advise potential participants (working professionals and executives) on our long-term Executive and Certificate Programs from globally renowned B - Schools such as Harvard Medical School Executive Education, MIT Professional Education, Chicago Booth School of Business, UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, UCLA Anderson School of Management, NUS Business School and Yale School of Management, etc

• Assist program participants with required documentation for process completion.

• Responsible for adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management

• Developing best practices for interaction with customers including standard FAQs to ensure that we are capturing value and providing the appropriate programs recommended.

• Maintain a participant database with CRM tools.

• Demonstrates ability to leverage internal relationships with other departments to move the lead through pipeline stages • Flexibility and adaptability with other responsibilities as given from time to time by the reporting manager.

Skills required :

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• 2+ years of relevant experience would be preferred - includes people in sales positions such as field sales, telesales and BPOs.

• Proven inside sales/ consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition targets

• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs. Flawless follow-up skills to ensure that leads move to closure

• Patience, persistence and a high level of customer orientation; Adaptable and Flexible.

Minimum qualification requirement

Preferred - Sales skill with 2+ years experience

Required - Good command over English
