Core Responsibilities: Speaking to Nova's prospective clients Understanding their unique requirements Explaining and sharpening Nova's value-proposition Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings Manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own Present Nova Benefits to CXOs & senior executives in client meetings Communicate constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the quality of the sale pipeline Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process Proactively source new leads and new business opportunities Job Requirement Expertise & Qualification: At least 1-3 years of B2B sales experience; preferably at a fast-growing Insurance/Edtech/Fintech/HRTech/BFSI/SaaS startup Experience of outbound prospecting, cold calling and managing sales pipeline Previous experience mainly into hunting, new clients acquisition and sales closures Experience having sold to Founders, CHROs & HR team or CFOs Finance team is a plus Consistently meeting assigned sales targets Strong spoken and written communication skills in English Very comfortable connecting with new prospects, doing follow ups for closures and making the desired no. of calls on a daily basis Disciplined approach towards updating CRM Skills & Traits that we are looking for: Persistence 'Hunger' to achieve and 'Can do' attitude Passion for working for a tech startup Disciplined and result oriented The ability to work with tight targets and timelines Deep understanding of how to sell Ability to write good fresh and follow up emails Ability to build rapport and trust with prospects/clients A high degree of coachability and great listening skills The ability to execute highly credible and articulate face-to-face, over the phone and email conversations
