Roles & Responsibilities (You'll be improving and responsible for) You ll be a part of the Product team, working closely with functional leaders to create data-driven insights that directly contribute to Nova s central operations. Create and refine dashboards that track business metrics & KPIs across all our teams, as well as identify key levers that help push those metrics in the right direction. Identify needle-moving levers for solving some of the biggest challenges faced by Nova, and develop effective analytics-driven solutions to remedy them. Assist the founders,product team, CX team in research & analysis for various cross-functional projects that are designed to improve Nova s overall business performance Background and experience (Your background and experience) Must have - working knowledge of advanced MS Excel, SQL Great to have (Bonus Points) - Proficiency or working knowledge of MetaBase, Python, Javascript, Experience with Zoho CRM Suite Experience - Ideally 1 ****- 2 years of cross-functional experience in a high growth start-up environment preferably as a business analyst/operations role. Ability to structure and approach complicated real-life business problems using first principles Willingness to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, constantly facing ambiguous situations that demand high ownership and strong resilience Excellent communicator who can effortlessly distill complex information into simple insights and convey them across diverse, cross-functional teams.
