Job Summary
-Act as a point of contact for the business-specific business capability, for existing and new services to ensure that agreed services are being delivered to requirements and business user expectations and satisfaction levels are met. -Ensure service adherence with quality, compliance and security standards and delivery of associated corrective service actions; handle and resolve customer feedback. -Design, develop and/or deliver solutions that meet business requirements. JOB PURPOSE This position will be responsible for designing, developing, reviewing, debugging and unit testing SAP PI/PO application MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES Analyze support issues in interaction with functional team members and business analysts. Report delays and risks to team leads. Supports existing and new interfaces, and has good understanding of integration with 3rd party tools. Collaborate with many teams including security, functional, development and operations support groups to efficiently and effectively deliver operational excel-lence. 3rd party teams are on-site, off-shore and in-house. Collaborates with other Alcon IT groups in order to solve technical issues. Estab-lishes and monitors escalation of problems. Work with other development teams in support of application performance tun-ing and troubleshooting. Collaborate with Change and Release Management to ensure a stable operating environment during any transitions and changes. Collaborate with Integration Management to ensure stable operating environ-ment. Ensure all processes are in compliance with Alcons policies and procedures. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) Ensure process adherence to the defined process. Implement and support projects in time, quality, and budget. Ensure proper governance and handovers of SAP Development project activities.
- -Completeness and accuracy of business demand capture -Project/solution delivery execution (quality, time, cost) -Process efficiency -IT service risks recorded / managed -Customer Satisfaction -Service/solution quality: timely and accurate reporting (i.e. Service performance and CSAT analyze) -Adherence to solution architecture and architecture roadmaps -Adherence to SLAs.

Essential: oBachelors degree is required. oSAP Certification is preferred. oExpert level knowledge and hands on experience of SAP PI/PO func-tionality, integration and implementation methodology using technolo-gies including, but not limited to: HTTP, IDOC, RFC, SOAP, REST, FILE, JMS Adapters Desirable: oWorked in Large SAP ERP rollout programs oHas worked in global service delivery organizations and has experience with dealing with offshore partners. oUnderstanding of GxP and SOX compliance. TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Minimum of 3 years of experience in PI development. Experience in PI and java stack only versions Experience in HTTP, IDOC, RFC, SOAP, REST, FILE, JMS Adapters Experience in PI Mapping and BPM Knowledge of SLD configuration, NWA configuration, message monitoring tools Architecture knowledge of PO Single stack (Java only) Experience with ABAP proxy, IDOCs, Function Modules/ BAPI, BADI, Cus-tomer-exits, ALE / IDOC framework.
