Job Summary
Represent IT to the business or IT groups receiving services, ensuring that expectations for IT services are met. Identify and qualify new demand with overall responsibility for steering proposals through the early phases of approval; participate in establishment of budgets and investment proposals and acquire sponsorship and funding. Ensure the introduction of new / modified services happens in a planned, controlled and timely manner to minimize disruption and improve benefit. Build the detailed IT solution/service design, based on functional specifications and technical constraints. Develop, build, configure, customize and unit test solutions based on the functional and technical specifications to meet quality and performance requirements. Hold end to end accountability for business processes, integrate services horizontally across organizational units, and handle interfaces between Service Delivery projects.
Ensure services are delivered to the agreed SLA, including reviewing supplier performance based on the agreed SLAs and critical metrics
Supervise and handle incidents, where applicable, including.
Identify, log, categorize, prioritize, resolve incidents and raise a problem if required
Ensure that incidents are followed up and solved appropriately
Handle the lifecycle of incidents and minimize their adverse impact on business operations
Identify, investigate, and report on incidents and review findings with key stakeholders
Coordinate crisis management with relevant stakeholders, if required
Coordinate problem management and drive identification of root causes as well as sufficient prevention of recurrences
Ensure consistency to detailed operational procedures to maintain system integrity
Ensure that configuration items are identified, accounted, reported, verified and audited (where applicable)
ITIL experience / Certification is a plus
Experience working in an Analytics / Big Data solutions is good to have
Good understanding of Data Management, Analytics concepts and Architecture
Awareness of AWS tech like S3, EC2, ECS, RDS etc
Incident / Problem / Change / Escalation management experience
Working experience in DevOps based release management process / environment
Ability to manage a team of internal staff and external vendors working in 24 x 7 mode
Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Description
Contribute to or support aspects of planning, design, development and delivery of system solutions for a specific business or technology area, in alignment with design and architectural standards and business requirements. Minimum requirements
12 - 15 years IT experience, 3+ years experience in an operational environmentITIL experience / Certification is a plus
Experience working in an Analytics / Big Data solutions is good to have
