Job Summary
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Conducting research to understand industry and organization- Specially People specific issues, including Talent Management, Workplace Analytics, Engagement Analytics, Performance Analytics, and Attrition Analytics etc.
Researching, gathering and analyzing data to determine the appropriate salary level and job title for existing and proposed positions
Participates in the development of operations and procedures for the collection, editing, verification and management of statistical data.
Evaluates the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy.
Analyzes and interprets statistical data to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information
Processes large amounts of data for statistical modeling and graphic analysis, using computers.
Investigates, evaluates and prepares reports on applicability, efficiency, and accuracy of statistical methods used in obtaining and evaluation data.
Participates in the preparation of written and oral presentations that summarize the analysis of data, interprets the finding and provides conclusions and recommendations.
Having sound experience in proposal writing as it relates to describing and summarizing project objectives, methodologies, analysis and results as well as proofing for accuracy
Three to five years of business-related experience is required, preferably involving working with large data sets and creating statistical models
Serving as a peer reviewer and mentor of technical knowledge to effectively guide associates in complex research, data collection and analytics
Working with Stakeholders on projects including program design, analysis, and implementation
Responding to client-related requests, as appropriate
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to:
oDetermine appropriate data analytic approach and tools based on project tasks and client requirements
oGather, analyze and organize data using a logical and systematic process
oAscertain relevant and irrelevant data when conducting analytical work
oVisualize and articulate problems and concepts in a systematic manner
oRecognize patterns and issues in sets of data
oIdentify obstacles impeding project progression
Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly language and tailor communications, formal or informal, to the audience
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, writing and presentation skills are required, including the ability to:

Minimum requirements
Master's degree in Statistics from Delhi School of Economics, Indian Statistical Institute or equivalent, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Three to five years of business-related experience is required, preferably involving working with large data sets and creating statistical models
