Job Summary
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Lead and represent the project/ program from start-up to completion.
Plan and prioritize the project, allocate internal and/or external resources to accomplish project tasks.
Leadership of global project/ program teams in a matrix environment (team does not report to PM in a management sense).
Management of vendor, including contract, and external resources in the team.
Responsible for achieving the project objectives.
Lead quality, timeliness and cost of the work, plus business value delivery.
Ensure active and continuous risk and issue management.
Keep control over the projects status and budget/spending.
Report project status and issues, particularly to the Steering Committee when/where help is needed.
Compliance to internal standards and policies (e.g. IGM) and external standards (e.g. GxP) where applicable.
Ensure successful handover and transition of solution to Operations
M Tech / B Tech / BE (e.g. Life sciences, Computer Science, Biotech, IT Technology or related IT field.)
Minimum of 12 years of experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry and/or IT consulting /services.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, influencing, negotiation and problem solving skills.
Excellent partner management. Outstanding project and program management skills, including considerable knowledge of and ability to apply various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall SDLC). Considerable business domain awareness (e.g. interrelationship of departments, business priorities), plus in depth industry understanding and network.
General to detailed understanding of current technologies, and their application to enable business. Agile experience preferred.

As the technology and innovation Partner, Development IT supports every stage of drug development by delivering end-to-end service offerings.
