Job Summary
-Act as a point of contact for the business-specific business capability, for existing and new services to ensure that agreed services are being delivered to requirements and business user expectations and satisfaction levels are met. -Ensure service adherence with quality, compliance and security standards and delivery of associated corrective service actions; handle and resolve customer feedback. -Design, develop and/or deliver solutions that meet business requirements. Job Purpose As part of the Analytics team, Design and Build UI/UX for products. Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand UI/UX needs and create, support, or enhance products use. Essential Job Functions Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets Build page navigation buttons and search fields Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Develop wireframe for web application and mobile app Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images Follow the agile methodology to document and coordinate tasks and issues in Gitlab.
- -Completeness and accuracy of business demand capture -Project/solution delivery execution (quality, time, cost) -Process efficiency -IT service risks recorded / managed -Customer Satisfaction -Service/solution quality: timely and accurate reporting (i.e. Service performance and CSAT analyze) -Adherence to solution architecture and architecture roadmaps -Adherence to SLAs.
