About the Role requirements

• Have a thorough understanding lending domain and help come up with product detailing for Loan Origination (LOS), Loan Management (LMS) and Collections
• Working with business stakeholders to drive business requirements and convert the same to Functional specification documents for LOS, LMS & Collections.
• Working with technology & testing teams to drive product delivery in time.
• Be a storyteller to customers and prospects, translating the features to the value they can derive
• 3+ year of experience as a business analyst
• Have an analytic bend of mind to look at the problem from a different lens, an eye for details and a product mindset.
• Good communication skills to work with business stakeholders to understand & articulate problems
• Prior experience in working in the lending domain. Work experience in Lending product companies or lending businesses that have built its own core platform will be an added advantage.
• Good process/project skills to be able to drive the analysis to actions on the ground
