Javascript Developer Job in Novumlogic

We are looking for a passionate JavaScript Developer to be responsible for all front-end platform related duties, from developing designs for complicated applications to analysing code. The responsibilities include optimizing applications, ensuring UI/UX feasibility, and implementing API designs and architecture. You will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions.

Responsibilities

• Building sustainable coding that may be used in future
• Ensuring feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Enhancing performance of the main front-end website
• Modifying designs and specifications of complex applications
• Analysing code, requirements, system risks, and software reliability
• Collaborating with front-end and back-end web developers

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript, jQuery, web markups including HTML5 and CSS3
• Sound experience of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as NodeJS, AngularJS, ReactJS, React Native, VueJS, ElectronJS etc.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues, browser rendering behaviour and performance
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Mercurial / SVN
• Proven ability to write readable code and create extensive documentation

Who'll be preferred

• Experience of Ubuntu or MacOS
• Interest in learning new tools and technologies
