Key Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer, your primary role will involve creating engaging and visually appealing designs for both print and digital mediums. You will work closely with the design team to produce high-quality visual assets that align with the brand's identity.

Design Creation:

• Develop and design a variety of print and digital collateral including brochures, banners, posters, social media graphics, and other visual content.

Analyze Design Briefs:

• Study and analyze design briefs to fully understand the requirements and objectives for each project.

Create Layouts and Graphics:

• Make use of design software to create layouts and graphics that meet the project's specifications.

Graphics, Logos, and Visual Designs:

• Design graphics, logos, and other visual elements using advanced design software tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Color and Design Selection:

• Select appropriate hues, typography, and visual elements that complement each other to produce aesthetically pleasing designs.

Collaborative Design Process:

• Work closely with team members to brainstorm and create designs that meet both client expectations and brand guidelines.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure that all graphics and layouts are consistent with the brand's style, ensuring they are visually appealing and on-brand.

Required Skills:

Design Software Proficiency:

• Familiarity with popular design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) or similar tools.

Methodical Work Approach:

• Strong ability to work systematically, follow design processes, and meet deadlines effectively.

Creative & Artistic Vision:

• A keen eye for design, with the ability to conceptualize and create original and innovative graphics.

Attention to Detail:

• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure every design element aligns perfectly and delivers the desired message.

Experience:

• Minimum: 1+ year(s) of experience in graphic design.
