Job Summary

  • Familiarize yourself with all services offered by the company.
  • Procuring new B2C through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients for B2B leads generation
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
  • Arranging & Scheduling Offline & Online Meetings/Seminars with the Prospective Colleges/Corporates
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
  • Communicate the company s products and policies effectively and professionally to prospects.
  • Perform follow-ups with clients to determine their satisfaction or any further concerns they may have.
  • Updating and maintaining a customer database
  • Building business relationships with new and existing customers
  • Negotiating with B2B clients to help them move down the sales funnel
  • End to End Sales pipeline expansion - lead generation, cold-calling, in-person visit, converting it to Prospect, deal closure, customer support and ensure customer delight.
  • Provide after-sale support.
