Job Summary

Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to define and understand the technical skills and qualifications required for IT positions
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
Evaluate candidates' technical skills, soft skills, and alignment with the organization's values.
Gather feedback from both candidates and hiring managers after interviews and provide constructive feedback when necessary
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT or technical recruitment Specially IT Networking Industry would be an advantage.
