Driving the strategic initiatives of the company as per the MD/ CEO s agenda

Data analysis of metrics related to projects and deriving key insights

Studying & improvising the Operation processes of the company

Doing relevant market research in company s business area in terms of finding potential customers, partners and competitors and carving out the GTM strategy

Review business financial performance and track performance against defined goals

Prepare summaries of monthly performance

Analysis of business KPIs and variance analysis

Minimum 2-6 years of experience

MBA from reputed institute

Understanding of the relationship between P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow statement

Advanced excel skills (Pivots, lookups and conditional formatting)

Excellent with presenting ideas on powerpoint with good designing

Good analytical skills for problem solving

Experience of having worked with senior executives in previous roles
