Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities: Partner with various departments to identify training needs at both individual and organizational levels. Design and develop leadership development programs for mid- and senior-level managers. Stay well-versed in the latest training techniques and methodologies. Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment, setting the standard for conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character. Deliver engaging training sessions, both in group and individual formats, while motivating and guiding trainees. Publish and manage the training calendar for all relevant programs. Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs across the zone to support organizational goals. Ensure the creation of high-quality training deliverables within budget and deadlines. Actively participate in the progressive disciplinary process for employees who are unable to meet or maintain standards of excellence. Manage training budgets effectively, if applicable. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Key Skills: Strong expertise in various training domains, including communication skills, presentation skills, telephone etiquette, active listening, probing, and empathy. Expertise in language training, including grammar, sentence construction, writing skills, and email etiquette. Proficiency in delivering behavioral training on leadership, managerial skills, assertive communication, planning and prioritization, team building, negotiation, decision-making, etc. Experience with psychometric analysis. Certification in training programs. Sound knowledge of experiential learning techniques. Genuine passion for employee growth and people development.
