Global Access Strategy Manager Job in Ntt Global Networks

Description

1. PRE-REQUISITE:

• 10+ years of Telecom experience, 5+ years must be relevant and in international market
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Access technologies & market price points
• Existing Relationship with international telecom carriers
• Extensive experience in circuit price negotiations
• Speaking of any international language is a plus point
• Strong analytical skills

2. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in quotation process to acquire new customers and/or upsale to existing customers.
• Managing procurement of data services like IPLC, FR, MPLS, L2 circuits, Ethernet, DSL etc.
• Manage Contracts/MSA
• Network and cost optimization projects: Manage renewals of network deals, grooms and meet set cost reductions
• Handle escalations from Service Delivery and operations for issues related to vendor or partner
• Handle and negotiate billing disputes with vendors if escalated.
• Travel if required to meet vendors and partners
