JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

- Work directly with business and product owners to solution business needs

- Assist junior team members with technical questions

- Research and solve issues on critical production applications

- Collaborate with team members to identify the requirements to connect the business layer with other application layers

- Able to handle day to day questions without assistance

- Able to handle medium difficulty requests with minimal assistance

- Complete complex requests with some assistance from senior team members

- Collaborate with business and product owners to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and expectations

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Minimum 2 years experience in Java web application development

- Expert in Java and MVC frameworks

- Demonstrate knowledge of Rest/SOAP web services

- Experience with code repositories such as GIT/SVN

- Demonstrated ORM experience like Hibernate, JPA, ibatis/myBatis

- Minimum 1 year of experience in XML, JSON

- Ability to operate in a UNIX environment
