Job Summary


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Lead a team of Node.js developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise
  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using Node.js and related technologies
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in the development process
  • Participate in architecture and technical design discussions to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, database administrators, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure successful project delivery
  • Conduct performance monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting of Node.js applications
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new features, and best practices related to Node.js development
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in solving complex technical challenges
  • Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a Node.js developer, with a deep understanding of Node.js internals and event-driven architecture
  • Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team of developers
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, asynchronous programming, and modern web development frameworks and tools
  • Proficiency in server-side development using frameworks like Express.js or Koa.js
  • Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Contribute to the development of cutting-edge web applications.
