Job Title: The Finance Operations Executive.

Location: Indore/ Raipur

Time : 6.30 pm - 3.30 am EST (US and India)

Job description:

Requirements:

• Qualification A bachelors/master degree in finance
• knowledge of accounting and taxation.
• Excellent knowledge of Advance Excel is a must.
• Excellent written and oral communication is a must
• Possess decision-making skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing or updating finance operating procedures for all operational activities.
• Assists in client, Partner, and Contractor onboarding.
• Review the timesheets and prepare the payroll for all the employees.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting/finance operations.
• Prepare various management reports (Resource cost, MIS, cost optimization, cash flow analysis, cost forecasting until the closure of the financial year).
• Manage petty cash claims and keep track of all expense/ receipts for audit purposes
• Ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining complete and accurate accounting records.
• Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
• Act as a point of contact for addressing any queries related to financial operations.
• Reviewing various accounting and finance processes of the company and assisting with the same.
• Communicating with the Contractors and understanding the problems faced by them
• Work closely with the CEO to prioritize business and information needs
• Previous experience in US/ Canada payroll is good to have skill.
