New Project Implementation Engage with customer, analyze and see possibility of mapping the customer needs with products existing features.

Get it approved by customer representative.

2. Implementation of new modules for existing customers

Analyze and document new features.

Get Effort estimation from delivery team & get commercial approval

Get customer s approval on scope of new features.
