Skills & Requirements:

Proven Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor with a successful track record.

Leadership & Communication:

  • Excellent communication skills to lead and guide the team effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team to achieve goals.

Organizational Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and experience with monitoring and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  • Good decision-making skills to manage the team efficiently and effectively.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in PC skills, especially with tools like MS Excel to track team performance.

Educational Background:

  • A Degree in Management or relevant team leadership training is a plus.
