Job Summary

Numadic is hiring a Head of Marketing Join our team in undisrupting the business of finance in logistics.

The Head of Marketing matches market insights and user needs through effective messages. This role is hands-on, in the trenches by day and analytical by night. You will spend a significant portion of your time dealing with our customers directly, and follow it up by analysing marketing communication and user behaviour through our analytics tools. Your insights will lead to tweaks to our product marketing messages and our products. You will often drive changes to the same within hours. Your metrics will involve both input and outcome params with generous time allotted to strategic marketing gains and quick turnaround expected on tactical ones. Your depth of understanding of brands complimented by your breadth of understanding of digital growth marketing strategies and techniques will be mission critical to ensure that Numadic s message and products meet the right people. Your excellent writing, communication and presentation skills will be the voice through which we engage with our communities.

Education: Masters or equivalent degree at a tier 1 Business or Design school. (we ll overlook this if you ve worked in a role at a startup that rapidly scaled).

An outline of what you should ideally love doing:
The Head of Marketing role involves, well everything. You ll work closely with the founders and key leaders. You will be a future founder and key leader. You ll love or soon fall in love with:
  • Working mostly autonomously, yet being a team player keeping your crews looped-in.
  • Acknowledging that you don t know what you don t know.
  • Asking a lot of questions and taking a lot of notes.
  • Differentiating between assumptions and facts while evolving your hypotheses.
  • Thinking about the long term while diving into the details and getting to the outcome.
  • Working on strategy and then rolling up your sleeves to get into action.
  • Using a bit of Excel / Slides / Asana/ Lots of social media and knows the trends.
