Job Summary
Sales Associate job responsibilities
Build a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Generate quality business leads. Establish first contact & map requirements. Create a customer specific pitch (Initial Pitch), present it to potential customers and further understand their requirements. Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information. Negotiate and finalise contracts. Maintain real time data funnel in CRM. Manage customer relationships. Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams. Constantly improve revenue and profitability per customer. Create and maintain SLAs and project KPIs. Manage delivery and timelines.
Fluent in English, Hindi & at least one regional language. Strong documentation & presentation skills. Closing and prospecting skills. Sales planning, selling customer needs, market knowledge and territory management. Full stack human - (Fully formed adult able to deal with stress, strain and diverse people). Insanely detail-oriented.
