Job Summary Social Media Manager job responsibilities
  • Work closely with with our product teams to get under the skin of the product.
  • Proactively tune in to conversations of social media related to our company and industry.
  • Plan and execute content and social media strategies that relate the product and community.
  • Select or create frameworks, processes and tools for content creation and propagation.
  • Coordinate and promote offline events and meetups relevant to our user community.
  • Implement automated metrics and report to the marketing manager on progress, weekly.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • To power through the Social Media Manager role, you will need self-discipline, a flexible mind, and extreme self-motivation and:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a social media / community manager.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent writing skills. Seriously, the first thing we will look at is your writing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Active profiles on social media, especially Instagram and Twitter.
  • Experience managing communities and community activities, online and offline.
  • Graduation Degree is a must.
