Who we are looking for What you will be doing as a part of our team: Define/Contribute to feature solutions & designs on AWS & Azure cloud platforms Implement critical e2e features Write well tested code that is resilient to heavy iteration Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables Ability and willingness to work across technologies Code reviews, mentoring What you need to have Technical aspects: Strong grasp of computer fundamentals Programming (data structures & algorithms) Networking (TCP/IP, Ports, Firewalls) Databases (Schema definition, indexes) Strong passion for engineering practices DBs:MySQL or MSSQLServer, DynamoDB, CosmosDb or other NoSQL DBs Frontend: Web Apps (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, (optional-good to have) Angular2+ or ReactJs or ReactNave (mobile apps) Backend: C# or Java or NodeJs Keen desire to work on Cloud Platforms & new-age technologies Experience in full-stack, but can be specialists on the front end or backend in terms of hands-on experience Non-Technical aspects: Responsible mindset Desire to own and drive feature implementations Sets an example Strong interpersonal skills Easily build personal trust and rapport with stakeholders Strong communication skills Keen desire to learn and master agile software delivery best practices
