Job Summary

Support customers via inbound calls or tickets to resolve routine or novel problems with products or services.
Utilize available resources to ensure first contact resolution with accuracy and efficiency.
Properly document the customer interaction and confirm the customer s understanding, providing additional education as needed.
Perform system maintenance, monitoring, security hardening and performance reviews.
Communicate effectively with individuals and teams within the company to ensure a high-quality and timely resolution of customer issues.
Conceptualize and experiment with alternative approaches to support business requirements
Conducting reviews of customer infrastructure (servers, web servers, database servers, caching servers, load balancers, etc.)
Translating business requirements into infrastructure design
Deliver and contribute to system administration documentation
Performing project-based tasks that must be completed on schedule
Provide leadership to others in the area of expertise

Experience Required :

Minimum 4 Years
