Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced individual to lead our creative team as our Creative Head. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, design, and brand development.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals
- Oversee the production of all creative materials, including advertising, branding, design, and digital content
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure that the company's message and brand are effectively communicated across all platforms
- Stay current with industry trends and innovations to ensure the company's creative output is fresh and relevant
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in a creative leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and branding work
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
