Job Summary

We are looking for a Freelance Upwork Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to leverage the Upwork platform for securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bidding on Upwork and securing projects related to technologies like ReactNative, Laravel, MERN Stack, etc. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of Upwork trends and algorithms, and the ability to work during night hours to align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement a detailed strategy to leverage Upwork for securing new business opportunities and maximizing project wins.
• Client Interaction: Initiate and conduct discussions with potential clients, understanding their requirements and setting up meetings to close deals.
• Bidding on Upwork: Write compelling proposals and bids for projects on Upwork, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
• Project Acquisition: Successfully acquire projects related to ReactNative, Laravel, MERN Stack, and similar technologies.
• Stay Updated with Upwork Trends: Regularly monitor and stay updated with Upwork platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to continuously improve bidding strategies and project acquisition.
• Night Shift Availability: Be available for communication with clients during the night hours from Monday to Thursday (9pm - 1am) and Sunday mornings (8am) to accommodate client time zones and project deadlines.

Skills Required

• Freelancing Expertise: Experience in freelancing on platforms like Upwork and understanding of the bidding process.
• Business Development: Strong skills in business development and client acquisition.
• Upwork Knowledge: Proven experience with Upwork, including strategies for winning bids and securing long-term clients.
• Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with technologies such as ReactNative, Laravel, MERN Stack, and related fields.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Self-Discipline: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently during night hours.

• Any Graduate (Preferably in IT, Business, or related fields).
