Job Title: Technical Lead - MERN Stack

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Lead with expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications. The successful candidate will manage databases, optimize applications for performance and scalability, and ensure seamless software delivery. As a technical mentor, you will guide junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Architect, optimize, and manage databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions to improve system performance.
• Cloud Deployment & Optimization: Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS (or other cloud platforms) for security and scalability.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and UI/UX teams to ensure the successful delivery of software projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best coding practices and fostering professional growth.
• Version Control & CI/CD: Ensure version control and streamline development processes using Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• AI Integration: Stay ahead with AI technologies and explore their integration into development solutions to improve functionality and performance.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and their potential applications in web development.
• Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate (Preferably in Computer Science or related field).
