Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Provides financial information to the management.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Reconciles daily financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
  • Meet and liaise with outlet account team to discuss and identify.

  • Bachelor s degree in business or a related discipline.

What to expect

  • You may handle multiple accounts and the hours can be long, in a competitive and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Although you ll generally be office-based, travel within the working day is frequent as you ll be expected to visit multiple outlets.
  • Absence from home overnight and overseas work or travel is occasionally required.
  • The working environment is generally informal, although smart dress is often the norm.
  • Timely outlet inspection regarding, Petty cash, cash reconcile, trade license, GST and property tax etc.
  • liaise with, and act as the link between, the property owners and the management by maintaining regular contact with both.
  • Ensure that communication flows effectively.
  • Keeping an eye on paying money and getting money.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
  • Manage communication between upper management and employees, vendor and others.
  • Maintain a database, partners, and vendors.
  • Follow up with hotels regularly to ensure payment done on time, if late then intimate the same to HO.
Experience Required :
