Customer Support Engineer Job in ONESTA Engineering Services Private Limited

Liaise with customer & service delivery team for visits/reports/documentation etc.

Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts

Liaise and Coordinate with the service delivery team for prompt service

Support the organization in coordinating sales & marketing activities across India

Develop and prepare a database for potential customers sector wise

Managing and interpreting customer requirements

Maintain records

Review documentation and submission to customers

Prepare proposals based on inputs from BDM

Maintain other documentation as required

Prepare monthly visit detail documentation
