Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled JAVA/JSF Developer to design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will deliver high availability and superior performance while contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java EE applications.
  • Develop mission-critical, high-performance, and low-latency systems.
  • Participate actively in all phases of the software development life cycle.
  • Write clean, efficient, testable, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver robust solutions.
  • Implement best practices in software development and testing.
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot application issues.
  • Ensure compliance with software quality standards and guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience in Java development with strong knowledge of Java EE platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Java and JEE internals, including Classloading, Memory Management, and Transaction Management.
  • Solid experience with JSF (JavaServer Faces) and/or Spring Framework for building web applications.
  • Expertise in relational databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks such as JPA2 and Hibernate.
  • Experience in developing applications following test-driven development (TDD).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of popular web frameworks and software development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
