Infrastructure / Devops Lead Job in Obopay

POSITION SUMMARY:

You will make significant contributions to Obopay mobile payments solution by bringing your infrastructure management expertise in innovating product deployment architecture and high availability solutions. You will analyse product infrastructure requirements, design implementations and participate in end to end integration from development to production environment. You will be part of a very innovative, dedicated and high-performance team at Obopay with your experience you will guide your team with same ethos.

• A fast learner and self-starter
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent working in a collaborative team environment with ability to handle 4-5 devops engineers
• Familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, Clustering, and High availability design
• Familiar and comfortable with the following: Monitoring, SNMP, Alerting and network analysis tools.
• Access automation via scripts for day-to-day activities like monitoringsystems, checking backup statuses, make sure applications are working, installation of new servers/redeployment of new servers and hardening of systems.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing production environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in devops
• You Should have worked a minimum of 3 years in software development role
• Minimum 1 year of Kubernetes (with Docker) in a live production deployment
• Well versed with Linux, Databases and Networking
• Exposure to any public cloud is mandatory with knowledge of Google Cloud preferred
