Job Summary

Responsibilities & Expectations:


  • Segregate, update and maintain stakeholders databases
  • Single-point coordinator of all forums-related timelines and checklists
  • Speaker/participant engagement and coordination, including direct engagement with their respective offices to ensure seamless pre and post event communication
  • Planning and execution of outreach strategy for various Webinars, Conferences, Roundtable Discussions, Seminars in both the online and offline scenarios
  • Coordination with multiple stakeholders including Corporates, Universities, Government and Quasi-government agencies, Foreign Consulates, Media etc.
  • Handling end-to-end logistics and production of all the events
  • Drafting Media Notes and Press Releases

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:


  • Sound knowledge of digital platforms
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
  • Keen interest or degree in International Relations
  • Graduate in Communication & Journalism, Masters or PG Diploma in Events/Public Relations will be an added advantage
  • Hands-on with outreach strategy
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Content development
  • Media engagement
  • Multi-stakeholder engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Broad understanding of public policy think tank operations
